Prime Minister of Slovenia

Mr. Borut Pahor, Prime Minister of Slovenia, is probably one of the most handsome PM-s in Europe. Not that this is an extremely important quality of a PM, but it certainly does not hurt. I have attached a few photos of him, since he visited Grand Hotel Toplice last week and you can decide for yourself whether you find him handsome or not. On two photos you can see him together with Mr. Igor Shchyogolev, Minister of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation that was also our guest. Event was organized by Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Slovenia and Iskratel, telecommunication company from my home town Kranj.

P.S.: For all Manchester United fans: Do not be sad, since they will surely win next year! ManU forever! Go Reds, go!

New offer at the Luisa Studio

This is Romana. She is manager of our wellness center Studio Luisa. Studio Luisa is now offering three new body treatments with fantastic contents and even more fabulous names:
Honey for Lighter Feet Sensation, Spices for a Slimmer Silhouette and Sweet Embrace of Chocolate. Aren’t you curious what could be hidden behind the Sweet embrace of chocolate? Well, you will have to talk to Romana if you want to find out more.
Some people say that the world human population can be divided into dog people and cat people depending on the preference towards certain species. Well if this is true, then I am definitely a ……. chocolate person. I like no animal better then chocolate. It is my favorite pet since it is never noisy and it always makes me feel good!

Easter bunnies etc

If you come to Grand Hotel Toplice during Easter, you will find little bunnies and sheep hiding among flowers around the hotel. Did you ever wonder what do rabbits and sheep and other animals have to do with such important Christian religious holiday? Probably not much. It must be a remnant of much older pagan customs. Nevertheless, they are quite cute, aren’t they?
